1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • All tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.

  • Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or alterations (including resizing).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Jewelry (e.g., engraved items)

  • Gift Cards

  • Final Sale Items


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@reyruby.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will respond with return instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

  4. Pack the item securely and include the RAN.

  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability.

  • For faster service, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Reyruby is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

  3. Contact your bank.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • Clearly mark the package as a “Returned Item” to avoid additional customs charges.
